We have a very pragmatic approach and we are used to work in complex and multidisciplinary environments acting as a single point of contact for the wider team. Our experience working with top performing global companies, combined with a strong background in local construction management and workplace design, gives us a unique ability to apply creative solutions to business processes.

Before we start with the design process, at Z20 we make sure we clearly define the goals and the priorities of our projects. We start collecting all the available data, we check in a very early stage costs, risks and compliancy, we test the feasibility of the project in all its aspects. We call this the Phase Zero.
